Connection issues and intermittent drop outs

Hi

Since we joined virgin broadband we have been having problems keeping all devices connected and being able to use them on the wifi successfully. This is proving tricky when we are working from home/home schooling. Even more annoying since we switched from a very reliable broadband provider to Virgin for faster speeds - really regretting this decision.

Having read some previous threads I opened the router status and found the following error codes in the network log:
