Connection cable

I need an extension cable from the wall socket to the splitter box. I can’t buy one it seems. Thank you

Is it a new installation? If so call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and see if they will send you a longer one - I think they have 1m and 3m ones.

If you need longer it will need a Tech install to make up and fit a longer cable. This should be free - but they may want to charge you
