Hi All,
- My upstairs' neighbour has recently tried to open a Virgin Media account
- Vigin's directory is out of date for our building so he selected the closest address to his, unfortunately this is the one I am already using.
- Virgin called us to ask if we were making changes to the account and I said No, however I think he kept trying to open an account and now our service has been suspended as his request is "on top" of our account in Virgin's system.
- Sales Team have said only way for our connection to be reinstated is for him to cancel his request but obviously he is keen to get connected.
I have called Virgin twice now, explaining that they just need to change the adresses used for our building to resolve this but they have not really engaged and just said the neighbour needs to cancel his request. I not that both of our correct addresses are present on the Royal Mail database.
This has caused us a lot of inconvenience and we still not sure how this can be resolved so any help would be greatly appreciated,
Cheers,
Nick

Hi @Nick_AM,
Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear there are some issues with both your Neighbour getting installed, and your services being cut off during this request.
I'm going to send you a private message to look into this further, please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.
Cheers,
