How can I arrange to have the connection moved in my house?

Any idea of the customer services number been trying to find it for weeks

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

As I can see has been mentioned in this thread already, we can help to arrange relocating your install set up but there would be a £25 call out fee for that. You can find more information here.
