We've been trying to get connected to Virgin Media for some time (months). We have used the VM web form several times but no-one has got back to us.
We have fibre in our street, but it only reaches half the street, and gets to within 20 meters of our house (this perhaps explains why a web search indicates that we already have fibre to our house - but we're don't).
There are 3 houses on our side of the road, all keen to get connected (hence 3 potential customers), and all with the same issue
What can we do to get fibre to our house?
