I cannot access my hub.
when I scan the Huns label using the connect app it just says “oops there was a problem”
no matter how many times I’ve tried I’ve never been able to connect to it.

Which version of the HUB?
The HUB 4 and HUB 5 are not compatible with the app.

Just go to 192.168,0,1, gives nearly all the the app tries to do.
