I have recently joined virgin. After installing the connect app, it flags an error-
'It looks like you're connected to your home network via an unrecognised access point'.
I am only connected to the hub on my wifi settings.
Tried logging in & out, restarting hub etc.

Many apologies for our delayed response and to hear you're having some problems when using the Connect App.
Have you tried performing a factory reset on the hub to see if that resolves the error?
Can you also tell me if you've tried logging into the connect app via another device and if so, is the error still present?
