Connect app not working

Hi,

This app used to work but is now saying "You're not connected" with a crossed out wifi symbol. It says "Please check your connection" but I have full wifi and everything is working off it.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reboot hub but still nothing? 

I did find the app useful. Any ideas?

Have you been changed from a Hu3 to a Hub4 by any chance? The App doesn't yet work on the Hub4

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

no still a hub3 

it used to work fine then just stopped?
