When i joined Virgin Media last December i was told to confirm my account to gain access to my email,i never received any link to click on so i have never had access to my Virgin Media email account,i need that link to be sent again to the email address i used to sign up.

We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received the verification email for the online account. 

Just to rule it out, can you please check that the email has not dropped in to your spam/junk folder?

I never received any email in  spam/junk folder or anywhere else,you need to send it again to the

email address i used to sign up.
