Hello,

I signed up the other day and got my pre contract documents however, I never received a confirmation email does it usually take several days to arrive?

Your online account, will give you access to your bills, show your package details, diagnose any possible faults and monitor any orders and appointments you may have.  There does need to be an active Virgin Media account to view all this.
