Confirmation email

I'm currently waiting for my equipment to arrive I've received a email stating the order will be here tomorrow how ever I've not been sent the email with contract etc or details of tracking for the broadband equipment I'm concerned it's not going to arrive.

I am sorry for the issue with this.

Can you tell me if you ordered on our website for a quick starter kit? Or did you book for a manual install?

Have you checked your Junk folder for the email?

It was indeed a quick starter kit that's still not arrived and no contact from VM
