Confirmation email

Hi,

I ordered the QuickStart self-install pack a few days ago, it was supposed to be delivered today, however, I realised that I never actually got a confirmation email, just the order confirmation. I was wondering if there is any way of getting the email and tracking the order so that we can get wifi in the house?
