Confirmation email

Hello on 28/5 /20 I made an order for a new se apple iPhone and awaited the confirmation email so I could sign it for delivery. On the 8/6/20 I received the direct debit agreement through the post. I'm still waiting for the email to sign and the delivery of the phone and I cannot access my account which I set up at time of order it just sends me to a 'oppse  we cant help you with that' page and choose these options to look through. I really Don't want to be paying on the date stated for something I don't have.

Please can you help? Kelly

HI Kelly, thanks for contacting us and we are sorry to hear about the issues which you are having with the new order. The order would be dispatched once the credit agreement is signed, can you confirm this is done? Can you check your emails for anything of DocuSign ^Chris
