Hi,
I hope I have posted in the right place.
On the 28th of November our Internet decided to drop out. I checked all the connections and everything seemed fine so I rang for an engineer, he turned up and looked around and said everything seems fine inside but will need someone to look at the cable outside. The second engineer then turned up and blew fibre through the cable.
The Internet still doesn't work and I've had another 3 engineers out since that. I've been told the reblow that has been done is shocking and has been reported to managment. Apparently there is a blockage somewhere and a dig team is needed.
I can't speak to the virgin fault team or customer services because I get the same response and end up sending out another engineer that can't do anything.
Where do I go from here? I'm at 2 and a half weeks of no Internet and seem to be completely in the dark with what is going on and no-one to talk to!
Any help would be amazing.
