Complete loss of service

At around 9am this morning vm went down, we were informed last month by letter than maintenance was planned on the 16th. 

However it's now been 4hrs since the work was supposed to have ended and a txt was sent confirming its completion. However our service never returned.

It's a hub3.0. The green wifi light is on, the power light flashing green.

I've tried rebooting the router multiple times including a reset using the pinhole 60seconds. 

I'll be phoning in the morning, but if any additional help can be offered here that would be great.

Have you checked the Service status page incase there is another issue or the OG issue is over run.

The most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

Just to update, i called up this morning and the person who lead the maintenance team for yesterday's work called me back and said she'd send out some one to the cabinet in case they missed something. 

Everything was sorted and i was up and running before noon. 🙂
