Complaint

I called as new customer was on phone for 2 hours get a set up date of 10th then changed to 16th then move all furniture book afternoon off for no one to turn up then after another half hour call get told cancelled can’t give a reason as need email fraud prevention done that and still nothing they took a 25 pound charge of my card so if anything them committing fraud !!!! Tiny bit off courtesy off least a phone call of the cancellation would of helped it’s a absolute disgrace
