Coax cable

Hi, i cant get through on the phone but i need the coax cable and what its connected to moved to the other end of the room, could i have an engineer out to do this?

Forum Staff here can book engineers, although you may be waiting a while for a response.

As the callout is not fault related, there is a charge of £99 to make any alterations to cabling & adjustment of signal levels.

I think due to Government guidelines at the moment, non essential work is not being done, Relocates, additional outlets etc

Or you could patiently wait until your Virgin service is not working and request an engineer.

When engineer arives to fix the service discuss the cable issue and make a small donation towards the engineers drinks charity.
