  • I've recently lost my job so would like a cheaper bundle or I will have to cancel my service.  I've seen services priced at £20 , all I need is a basic service .

Call in on 150 VM line - or 0345 454 1111 others - and use options 1,1,4,4 and discuss what can be offered. If you are out of your contract period (are you?) then you will be in a better position to get a better deal.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
