Our tv box stopped working. When we tried to reset it , it says channel search unsuccessful despite signal strength and quality good.
Does that mean the box is broken and we need a new one ?
Our landlord pays the virgin bill and he's impossible to get hold of. Can I order a new one with out being the account holder ?
Only the account holder will be able to make requests like that.
