Changing offer

I have submitted a request to switch my current package at [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed]

Order reference : [MOD EDIT: Removed]

I would like to change from that package MixitTV to MaxitTV before the offer is actually changed. 

Also can I have these one removed from the offer as I can’t find one without and they’re not of any use to me.
