Changing frequencies

We have just had a new hub installed and all our smart bulbs now won’t connect as they require 2.4hgz for the initial setup and we don’t have the option to switch between 2.4hgz and 5hgz.  Is there anyway to separate the 2 frequencies like we had before otherwise these bulbs are going to be a waste of money! Any help would be appreciated

Re: Changing frequencies

Go into the hub settings on 192.168.0.1 and logon with the numeric password that’s on the bottom of the hub, it’s NOT the WiFi password. In the settings you can rename the 2.4 an 5Ghz bands to something like xxx-2 & xxx-5. Then try connecting your devices to xxx-5. All previously used devices will need changing to the new SSID names.
