Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to change my delivery to a collect plus? My delivery date has been changed and I'm not going to be in during that date. I haven't received an email from Yodel just yet, only a reference number from Virgin.
You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 to see if they can change it for you.
