Change of broadband delivery address and time slot

Hi there

I recently ordered a new package with virgin media to be delivered to my new flat, however there is something which needs changing on the delivery address as the new router is being delivered to the right location but the wrong flat. The WiFi box is also due to be delivered on Tuesday which is great but I was wondering if I could narrow down a time slot as between 8am-9pm is a long slot and I am not at the flat for most of the day as I am at university.

I have tried ringing and going through the live chat to no avail, any help would be appreciated.

The problem is that delivery is by Yodel,  which means you will be lucky to get it on the right day, or at the right address, or even at all.  😞
