Im due to get virgin media broadband at the end of May but need to change my set up date due to financial reasons. The technicians have been to set the cable up outside my home, which i never got told about, they just turned up. I've tried changing the date on the website and the app but all the spaces are blank so can't select another date. Hopefully someone can come back to me? I've tried calling your call centres but no one answered and also tried calling the sales rep who came to my house but he also hasn't answered.
