Change installation point to house

I have had Virgin Media installed for over 18 years (previously an NTL installation) and I have a messy looking junction box on the outside of the house with 3 cables running off to different rooms.

I want this installation redoing from scratch - a new single cable running from the road to a different point on the house - no need for going off to different rooms anymore - just one point.

Does anyone know what Virgin charge for this and how to arrange? I've spent ages going around the online help system but can't find an answer.

Sorry to hear about your messy junction point. We can understand this is not ideal. Just to clarify is this causing issues to your service? If so are you able to further expand on the type of issues you are having? Are you able to provide a picture of the junction box?
