Change Quick self Installation to an Engineer assisted installation

Hi, I have ordered a quick self installation of a broadband but there is no isolator cable box to plug it. So I need assistance of an engineer and change my order to add one, but no landlines are answering due COVID-19 and there is no option in the My Virgin. How should I proceed to book an engineer or add one in my order?

I am also going to need an engineer, I didn't realise untill I have read installation guide with the equipment that TV box required a coax plugged in. And considering my socket is on ground floor and TV is on 1st floor that won't work. Luckily my vdsl Internet runs out next month.
