I need to change the date my internet is switched and moved to my new house. I cannot get in touch with anyone as the call centres are closed.
Original date is turn off on the 12th, turn on in new house and engineer coming to install on the 13th, but I need to postpone for a week. How can I do this please?

I did not receive an email so I don't have a site ID. This was arranged on the phone on Tuesday.
Please pm me the address you are moving to and I will see if we can find the work order on the system and go from there.

I am also having trouble getting through to anyone to change our moving date.
Our install is due on the 20th January but we are now not moving until the 22nd January, so it needs to be after that.
Is there anyone tat can help me with this?
