I've ordered a broadband package for a property that I'm not moving in to until the 13th of August, but I want the broadband delivered to my current address so that I have it as soon as I move in. Is it possible to change the address of the delivery to my current address.
Thanks

You can however use Click and collect and have the hub delivered to a local shop or retailer, then just pick it up within 10 days.
Which is probably easier than waiting in all day hoping that Yodel which eventually deliver your hub.

Hi The delivery address must be the address where you intend to use the service as its registered installed and initiated at that address. Regards Micky
