I have Virgin installed in my street and i have a cable installed in my property, I've even had an engineer confirm however i'm struggling who is the person that needs to click the button so i can buy the services now speaking to my 5th department with no resolution?
Just wanted to take this opportunity to Thank Jon, I was out of my current contract back in June last year and I have made numerous calls to Virgin speaking to several departments to get my issues resolved. It was no ones fault just an issue with instlattion and my address not showing up. After i posted on here yesterday Jon called me and has now resolved the issue in less than 24 hours... So pleased can't wait to get my M500 setup! Thanks Jon
