Cant activate new 360 equipment

Hi

I had the new 360 box delivered about 2 weeks ago But I didn't set up until today as I was away on holiday.

Its all set up and ready and I have been trying to get hold of VM to activate it  but no joy.

Is there another way to activate it with out sitting on the phone for hours ? Long standing customer for many years but I'm getting a little frustrated 🙂

I was just on the phone going through the automated part when the TV kicked up into life and is now all working fine..
