Cant activate my account

Set everything up but after spending an hour on phone I was cut off. Sent text to number, no reply. Thinking of cancelling and staying with BT at this rate . Working means only time I can spend sitting on a phone is in the evening so hoping someone can work out how to get my stuff activated as seems like a waste of time right now.

Really sorry that you've had some trouble activating your account as well as the delay in getting back in touch.
