Hello,
I have ordered a self install wifi box. But the wall socket cable will not come out for us to plug in our new box cable. We need an engineer to come and sort it out but i also don't have a my virgin media app account because I was never sent my account number. How do i go about getting an engineer?

The cable from the internal wall box should unscrew, anti- clockwise, and the new cable is a push fit on. A pair of pliers or even some nutcrackers could be used to unscrew it.
