Cannot setup Hub 3, wrong wall socket

Hi,

I've just received the Hub 3 starter pack and on closer inspection the Virgin wall box I have seems to have an ethernet-type socket on the front, not the push type the box needs. I was informed by virgin over the phone when ordering that the property was set up and ready for broadband to get up and running. Rather frustrating. I've searched the community and while there are people with similar issues there are no resolutions shown.

Do I need an engineer? Can someone help!

Possibly been removed by the previous occupier and VM would not know this.

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
