Cannot find wall socket

I cannot find the virgin media wall socket, only the virgin media ethernet socket. However, my previous tenant did use virgin media service. I am quite confused now and really need some help.

Ok I just find it but there isn’t anywhere to push the cable in…

The internal box should be oblong, square one are for phone. There should be a screw F socket on the bottom where the cable is now just pushed onto.
