Hi,
I cannot find the wall socket for the quick start setup for the VM in my house. I wonder if I can book a manned installation on line. If yes, could you give me the information how to book a manned installation and the service charge.

You can either wait on here for a staff response, or call into get the appointment arranged by phone.
A staff response may take a couple of days, or calling in via 0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM line) will be immediate.

Hi Dave,
Can you call the pre-installs team before an install has been booked, I would have thought the correct procedure would be you needed to book an install and then maybe discuss details with the pre-installs team before they do the install.
