I have moved houses and joined Virgin media and the problems started. I received my kit, installed it according to guidelines and it’s not working. I texted Virgin to ask what could it be and was told that it’s a problem in my area and I should wait until 8th feb. I waited. On 8th evening i still didn’t have broadband, I tried to text virgin but the chat bot now said that there were no human assistants available. I tried calling with 0345 455 1111 and it says there is no such number existing.
What do I do now, how do I contact virgin media?
