Cannot connect to broadband

My pack arrived today and I have installed it but the hub base light indicates loose cabling (flashes green). Double checked all cabling but still the same issue.  Do I have to get a tech and if yes how do I do this at the present time as 08009539500 and 03454541111 throw me back to the help pages?

Sorry if question is already answered in forum but i am trying to manage via mobile hence urgent need for broadband.

If you put as much info as poss into a txt and include your account number & postcode
