Hi. Signed up for a virgin Broadband a little over a week ago. (my services have been live since Saturday last Week.) I've gone through and done all the registration bits online I can, but it's asking me to "confirm my virgin media username". The trouble is, I've had a whole bunch of Virgin emails.. Except that one through.and there is no option to resend it either. I have regularly been checking my spam and deleted folders but nothing.
I wouldn't mind but the main issue is that I'm not sure my direct debit had been setup right, and I cannot get online to double check or correct it.
