Cancelling within 14 days

Hi there,

I recently moved to a new area and arranged for Virgin to be installed, the options to join offered 2 incentives either a £250 bill credit or a Toshiba TV, as we needed a new TV I opted for the latter.

However, once the contract started on Weds 9th I was emailed to inform me the TV wouldn't be delivered for 28 days leaving us with no TV over xmas. I tried several times to call, chat etc  only to waste around 4 hours being passed from dept to dept being hung up on several times and feeling very undervalued as a customer.

All I wanted to do was change the incentive to the bill credit and cancel the TV.  I am now left with the only alternative but to cancel the service and am considering going with talk talk instead as they are half the price.  Could someone please advise what the cancellation policy is?

as your title you have 14 days - you need to ring as it cannot be done on line - you can write if you want - send it signed for
