Cancelling or changing orders before homehub delivery
Have ordered self start as I was eligible for it, only to find i dont have the necessary sockets. My hub is due to be delivered tomorrow and am worried I will be left with no Internet once bt disconnect me! Cannot seem to get through on the phone, been on hold for 2+hours and keep getting disconnected.
Looking to cancel and then order again with an engineer this time.
Dont like the idea of being with no Internet during a lockdown, appreciate the call centres are on a lower capacity but its been a hassle from the first minute trying to get a hold of a human to help me!
