Hi I really need to cancel my installation date, with the current situation going on, I couldn’t get hold of sky to cancel my broadband and I was unsure if virgin were going to come round!! Just received a reschedule appointment but I have now renewed with sky but I just can’t get hold of anyone to cancel my virgin date, can anyone help
