Cancelling - cooling off period

Hi, 

My installation date was missed and I want to cancel but I've been on 'hold' with Support on WhatsApp since 5pm yesterday. How can I cancel?

Call 0345 454 1111 to cancel.

Expect every possible hurdle to be put in the way of cancelling.

Managed to get through and cancel (hopefully). Apparently just need to refuse delivery of the equipment at the door.
