I have cancelled an order for broadband installation incl takeover of existing phone line.
Used the 0345 number provided. The agent verbally confirmed the cancellation and sent an email.
Howver the email is very brief; did not have any details such as, my name , address, order no, a/c no etc and was signed as Virgin Media Team.
How can I check this has fully gone through.

Should appear in your online account details as a new order or package change.
