Cancel my broadband

I had my broadband delivered ect there is no virgin master socket in my home I’ve tried to call virgin several times to get a engineer to come and fit one haven’t had any luck. Does any one know how I can cancel my broadband? I don’t want to be billed when my broadband hasn’t even been turned on

Sorry to hear of the lack of master socket, and thus the lack of service you're currently experiencing.

If you want to arrange for an engineer visit, as the service is not yet active, the number to call would be 0800 052 1734.
