I have got a broadband Self install booked for October. Since booking it in, I've found a better deal. Can my price be changed to match this price, or can I cancel my install and rebook through the cheaper deal link? I've tried live chat, but after an hour of waiting and bouncing to different people it might be easier to just cancel it and rebook. Can someone help me with this please?
I tried that and was told that if I cancelled and rebooked I wouldn't be classified as a new customer but a returning customer as I'd already have an account in their system (even though the installation never happened by that point) and therefore not allowed any new customer offers.
So unless the the new deal is far cheaper it might be best to stick with what you got, as customer services are very "Computer says no".
