Hello,

My contract is ended and I want to cancel the service. I have tried calling over several days now with hold times over 2 hours and no one blurdy answers the phone. I have also tried chat over whatsapp which has been going in loop over and over several days where customer relations joins then tries to put to retention and no one ever answers. 

Is there anyone there at virgin media? Cancel the damn broadband so I can escape this hell of a service.
