Can't use MS Teams

My wifi seems to be 'too slow' or 'too weak' to let me connect to Microsoft Teams successfully. My speed Is usually ok elsewhere even video calls on zoom but with Teams it just keeps dropping the call or can't connect in the first place. If it does connect, it isn't strong enough to have a decent quality call, and can only connect to single users, group calls are an absolute flop and have never succeeded. I've seen others with this problem and the hub 3... is there a solution?

Many thanks!

Yes, don't use WiFi !

If you try with a cabled connection are you able to use Teams properly?

Re: Can't use MS Teams

Hiya,

I have bought a cable to try this - just waiting for it to arrive.

Fingers crossed!

MS Teams is an absolute resource hog (CPU) so depending on the number of participants it can overwhelm some devices, depending on spec.

The next time you are using teams open task manager and check CPU usage.
