Can't see wifi in available networks

Got my self starter kit but after plugging all cables in and powering up, I can not see my wifi (ssid) in available networks (tried in multiple computers n mobile). All lights (wifi, internet and base light) are solid green and not flashing.

I called the customer care to activate it, they did that and asked me to wait for around 60 mins, but that did not help.

Can anyone suggest what to do?

Try connecting a device with an Ethernet cable and go into the hub on 192.168.0.1 and check the status of the WiFi.
