Can't see bills for old account (and more moving home issues...)

Hi, I moved home back in October and took Virgin with me. The transfer process hasn't been smooth so far and I've been messed around on calls since October (!) so trying here. I have 2 issues:

1. Can't register my new account with the same email (same as this person is reporting

2. When I login to my old account, I can't see any of my bills, even though it says my account is there for my "reference". I need copies of these bills, is there any way to access them?
