Can't reschedule Quick Start install as we have no account number?
Me and my partner wanted to order a quick start install to arrive on the 30th of April, we were advised that although that date may not be available so far in advance, that we could re schedule at a later date.
We will not be in the apartment until the 29th, so any date before that, the old tenants will be there and we will not have access to it.
We decided to reschedule as we were closer to the time and called, but we were asked our account number, we have no account number. We got a confirmation email of our order summary, including order reference, order date, broadband package etc.
5 days have passed since then and we have not received our contract, a welcome email, anything that would let us ring up and sort out the new date. I don't think we can even cancel it and try again if needed! We have checked our spam folder multiple times.
